Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan anytime from your billing page. All plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract.

What happens if I exceed my plan's monitor limit?

You can't add new monitors past your plan's limit, but nothing already running is paused or deleted. Upgrade anytime to raise it.

Is the Free plan really free forever, including commercial use?

Yes. Monitor your own or client sites for free, forever, with no credit card required and no trial that expires.

Can I group monitors by client or project?

Yes, on every plan including Free. Monitor tags let you label monitors by client, project, environment or team, and a monitor can carry several tags at once. Selecting a tag narrows the list on any plan; on Pro and Business it also recomputes the uptime, response time and incident figures for just that tag. A tag name is never shown on a public status page.

Do Pro and Business include AI/MCP write access?

Yes. Paid plans let your AI assistant create, update, pause, and delete monitors through MCP, not just read data. The Free plan includes read-only AI/MCP access.
